Alice Font Family

The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog
Alice is a serif font designed by Ksenia Erulevich as part of her diploma project at the Type and Typography course in Moscow. Inspired by Lewis Carroll's novel, she created a typeface suited for typesetting the book itself. The result is eclectic and quaint, with widened proportions and soft rounded features.
Released by Cyreal with help from Gayaneh Bagdasaryan and Alexei Vanyashin, Alice includes 430 glyphs with full Latin and Cyrillic support. The open aperture and old-fashioned charm give it a distinctive personality that stands out among serif text fonts.
Alice is part of the Google Fonts collection and freely available under the SIL Open Font License. It works well for book design, editorial layouts, web content, and projects that need a serif with character. The font pairs naturally with its companion, Alike Angular.
