Bumblebear

Bumblebear is a cute display font with rounded shapes, soft weight, and a warm playful rhythm. The letters feel friendly and easy to approach, which makes short words and titles look cheerful without becoming messy or overly decorative.

Allison JJ released the design through Chequered Ink in 2018. The free OTF file includes 196 Latin glyphs, giving it enough range for logos, kids graphics, and short packaging text. The family is filed under a broad novelty area, but the rounded structure clearly makes it a playful display font first.

Bumblebear works well for children’s graphics, fun packaging, classroom materials, posters, playful branding, and themed titles that need a soft rounded look. It is available for personal use, with separate commercial terms from Chequered Ink.
