Arcanite is a soft slab serif family with bold serifs, controlled curves, and a polished editorial tone. The forms have more structure than a casual serif, but they stay smooth enough for running text, which gives the family real range across both body copy and large titles.
Muhammad Ridha Agusni designed Arcanite in 2024. The local OTF file includes 530 glyphs with Latin and Greek support, and the describes a full 18-font family with nine weights and italics. That makes it a true working family rather than a narrow display set, despite the older gem-themed display copy on this row.
Arcanite works well for editorials, branding systems, identities, packaging, and text-led layouts that need a soft slab serif family. It is free for personal use, with the commercial version sold separately.
