Backrush Handbrush Script

Backrush is a handbrush script font created by Garisman Studio, a foundry focused on font design since 2017. This typeface combines attractive curves with a fresh urban edge, delivering a stylish script that carries the energetic texture of real brushwork. The irregular stroke edges and dynamic letter connections give each word a raw, hand-painted authenticity.

The font includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals, and punctuation in both OTF and TTF formats. Two font files are provided for flexibility across design applications. The brush texture throughout the letterforms adds a tactile, handmade quality that is most impactful at larger display sizes where the detailed brushwork remains clearly visible.
