Archking is a blackletter display face with sharp vertical rhythm, decorative flourishes, and a strong medieval tone. The letters carry a heavy old-world presence, but the details stay polished enough for branding and packaging where the style needs to look deliberate rather than chaotic.
Typefactory released the font in 2021. The local OTF file includes 246 glyphs with Latin and Greek support, giving the family more working range than a tiny novelty blackletter. It also suits extra ornaments, which makes Archking especially useful for posters, badges, and barber-style branding.
