About the Font

The Cast Iron is a light sans-serif typeface with a modern technical look. It’s bold and tough. The font Cast Iron is also called Display Sans Serif and has a powerful and heavy texture. Mr. Jeremy Vessey was in charge of creating it and making it available for the first time in 2015. It features a solid texture and a high x-height. As a result, it’s ideal for big headlines and large projects. Because if you try it on a small text, the texture will not show up clearly.

This modern, technical sans-serif typeface comes up with a smooth vibe. It’s an industrial typeface that’s bold and tough. Cast Iron was originally intended to be a stand-alone free font. But I enjoyed using it so much that I decided to expand the family to include four weights and three finishes (Clean, Rounded, and Rough).
